Controller/VP
As a Controller, the job duties will typically involve high-level accounting tasks.
Some job responsibilities for a Controller may include:
Applies advanced accounting skills to perform and/or oversee routine and non-routine tasks involving the processing and reconciliation of receivables, billing, payroll, accounts payable, contract revenue calculations, contract cost accumulation and reporting, fixed assets, general ledger, preparing financial statements, and supporting financial statement audits
Manage accounting services for assigned clients; responsible for project management of accounting schedule; manages coordination with external auditors
Support assigned clients with cost-effective, accurate and compliant accounting services
Manages relationships with clients and auditors
Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems
Process and/or review AP/Billing/Payroll, assess internal controls
Conducts research & analysis; billed and unbilled receivable analysis and revenue recognition
Monitors cash flow in accordance with client needs
Completes and reviews financial reports and manages the general ledger
Leads the monthly closing procedures, including preliminary analysis of financial results and preparation of month end financial reporting package.
Responsible for meeting deliverables and client satisfaction for assigned clients
Hourly Rate of $100 or Fixed Monthly Rate $16,000
